PhoneSathi certified refurbished mobiles aur related products bechta hai. “Refurbished” ka matlab hai — pehle use hua device jo professionally test, clean aur (zaroorat par) repair karke bech ne layak banaya gaya hai. Har device ki condition grade product page par clearly likhi hoti hai.
2. Orders & Pricing
- Order place karna ek offer hai; order confirm hone par hi contract banta hai
- Prices kabhi bhi update ho sakte hain, lekin already-placed orders par purani price hi lagegi
- Kisi bhi order ko verification fail hone, stock issue ya suspected fraud par cancel karne ka adhikar hum rakhte hain (advance payment full refund hoga)
3. Product Information
Hum har listing mein accurate details dene ki poori koshish karte hain. Photos indicative ho sakti hain — actual device ki condition uske grade ke hisaab se hogi. Brand names aur trademarks unke respective owners ki property hain; PhoneSathi kisi manufacturer ka authorized dealer hone ka dawa nahi karta.
4. Payments
Hum Cash on Delivery (COD) aur website par dikhaye gaye anya payment methods accept karte hain. COD mein payment delivery ke waqt courier partner ko kiya jaata hai.
5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
